Terms and Conditions for Pickl’s 10,000 Burgers Giveaway

IMPORTANT: Please carefully read and understand these terms and conditions (“Terms”). If you have any questions relating to these Terms please contact [email protected] before participating in the giveaway. Your legal rights are not affected by these Terms, which apply in addition to these Terms and do not replace them. Nevertheless, the Terms, as provided below, may limit Pickl’s liability to the extent permitted by law. By participating in the Giveaway, you confirm that you accept these Terms.
About Pickl
By participating in the giveaway you are entering into a binding agreement with Pickl Catering Services LLC, a limited liability company, organised and existing under the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, the United Arab Emirates (the “UAE”) with commercial licence number: 866415 (“Pickl”);
Pickl’s right to update or terminate the giveaway. You understand and consent that (with or without notice) Pickl’s may update, modify or terminate the giveaway from time to time, at its sole discretion.
About the giveaway.
- For twenty one (21) days, Pickl is running a giveaway of 10,000 burgers in the UAE.
- 10,000 winners will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries by the conclusion of the Giveaway.
- All valid entries of https://eatpickl.com/10000-burgers/ in the UAE are eligible for the giveaway.
- All giveaway entries automatically enter a draw for a prize equal to a winner’s choice of 1 single patty bespoke cheeseburger or 1 single plant-based patty bespoke cheeseburger or 1 chicken sando.
- The prize is valid for single use only, it is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or anything besides the selected burger or sando.
- Winners will be notified via email with a unique code for their prize and they can redeem their burger of choice at any Pickl restaurants in the UAE only until July 31th, 2025.
- The voucher code must be presented at Pickl restaurant to redeem the free burger.
- By participating in this Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility. The giveaway is open only to participants who reside in the UAE. The Giveaway is not targeted to anyone under the age of 18. You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Giveaway.
Verification of Eligibility. Before receiving the prize, winners may be required to provide proof of identity and/or eligibility as determined by Pickl.

Prize: Winner’s choice of 1 single patty bespoke cheeseburger or 1 single plant-based patty bespoke cheeseburger or 1 chicken sando
Prize Redemption Period. The winner acknowledges and agrees to redeem their prize until July 31th, 2025 and the prize is redeemable only at any of Pickl restaurants in the UAE.
Receipt Requirement. Participants may be required to sign a receipt for the giveaway item upon redemption.
Duration. The giveaway contest starts on 28th May, 2025 00:00 (GST) and ends on 17th June, 2025 at 23:59 (GST). Only entries submitted before the end date will be considered.
Winner Selection. The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries on 18th July, 2025. The winner will be notified by an email with a unique voucher code on 19th July, 2025.
Publicity. By participating in the giveaway contest, the winner agrees to allow Pickl to use their name, photograph, voice and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes without compensation or approval incidental to the winner’s participation in the Pickl giveaway. Provided, however, if written notice (including email) is provided to Pickl by the winner requesting that Pickl ceases using the winner’s likeness, Pickl has thirty (30) days to cease using the winner’s likeness in the manner set forth in the notice.
Liability. Pickl is not responsible and assumes no responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage to participants or their property related to their participation in the giveaway. Participants agree to release and hold harmless Pickl and their affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the giveaway contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, or causes of action arising out of or related to the Giveaway.
The participant hereby releases, discharges, and holds Pickl, its officers, employees, agents, and representatives harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to the Giveaway.
Modification. Pickl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway contest without notice. Pickl also reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice.
Our information practices and communications with you. Pickl’s Privacy Statement. The following Privacy Policy [https://eatpickl.com/privacy-policy/] describes our information practices, including how we collect, use and share information.
How we communicate with you. Through the online services, you may opt in to receive emails, text messages to the mobile number you provide to us or push notifications from Pickl. When you opt in to any of these types of communications, you understand and consent that you will receive marketing, transactional and other messages from Pickl. Pickl may use the information you have provided to us to communicate with you in accordance with the following Privacy Policy [https://eatpickl.com/privacy-policy/]
Notices. Any notice under these Terms of if you wish to withdraw your consent, opt out and unsubscribe, please email [email protected].
Pickl’s intellectual property ownership. Any and all rights in the online services are and shall remain the exclusive property of Pickl or its licensors. For purposes of clarity, “online services” includes any and all content on the online services, such as, but not limited to, text, images, graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, audio, video, data and other materials (together, “content”) as well as any part of the online services. The online services are licensed, not sold, to you. Nothing in these terms intends to transfer any such rights to, or to vest any such rights in, you. You may not take any action to jeopardise, limit or interfere with Pickl or its licensors’ rights.
Trademark information. Trademarks, service marks, and all graphical elements, including the look and feel appearing on the online services, are distinctive and protected trademarks or trade dress of Pickl or licensors. The online services may also contain various third-party names, trademarks, and service marks that are the property of their respective owners.
Events beyond our control. Pickl has (and other members of the Pickl’s system have) no responsibility for Pickl’s failure to perform any of its obligations under these terms caused by or related to any event beyond Pickl’s reasonable control. If such an event occurs, then Pickl’s obligations under these terms will be suspended for the duration of the event; and Pickl’s may, but is not required to, use reasonable endeavours to find a solution by which its obligations under these terms may be performed despite the event.
Employee Exclusion Provision. Employees of Pickl or its affiliates, including their immediate family members, are ineligible to participate in this giveaway.
For the purposes of this clause, ‘immediate family members’ include spouses, children, parents, siblings, and any individuals residing in the same household as the employees of Pickl or its affiliates.
Miscellaneous.
These terms will be governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of the UAE, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law; You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts in the UAE for purposes of any legal action arising out of or related to these terms or the online services.
The terms are written in English. Any translation of the terms into another language is provided solely for your convenience, and to the extent there is any conflict between the two, the English version controls.
Each of the terms and conditions in these terms are severable and operate separately. If any of them are unlawful, void or unenforceable, then the remaining terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect.
If Pickl’s fails to insist that you perform any of your obligations under these terms, or if Pickl’s does not enforce its rights against you, or delays in doing so, that will not mean that Pickl’s has waived its rights against you and will not mean that you do not have to comply with those obligations.
Pickl may transfer its rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation or entity, but this will not affect your rights or our obligations under these terms. You may only transfer your rights or obligations under these terms to another person if Pickl agrees in writing.
