Tier status is based on points earned over a 12 month period. Keep ordering to hold your place. Points have no transfer or cash value.

Pickl Rewards is our loyalty programme that lets you earn points every time you make a purchase at Pickl. Accumulated points can be redeemed for free food and exclusive rewards.
Simply download the Pickl app, create an account and you're automatically enrolled. No separate sign-up required.
Open the Pickl app when you're at the restaurant, place your order through the app or scan the QR code at the counter. Points are credited to your account automatically after your purchase. Points must be collected at the time of purchase and cannot be added retroactively.
Points values vary by country:
  • UAE — 10 points = 1 AED
  • KSA — 10 points = 1 SAR
  • Qatar — 10 points = 1 QAR
  • Bahrain — 100 points = 1 BHD
  • Egypt — 10 points = 13.5 EGP
Once you have enough points, go to the Rewards section in the app, select the reward you want and present the voucher or QR code to the cashier at the time of your order. The points required for each reward are shown right there in the app before you redeem.
You can redeem points against a selection of our burgers, sandos, sides, desserts, gifts and merchandise. The full menu of available rewards lives in the Rewards section of the app. Yes, you can earn and redeem in the same transaction.
No limit at all. Collect as many as you like. The more you visit, the more you earn.
Points are valid for 12 months from when they were earned. Tier status also resets annually. Keep visiting to keep them active.
Points are currently earned on dine-in orders only, when you scan the QR code instore. Delivery orders and orders paid with a gift card do not earn points at this time.
Points are linked to your personal account and cannot be transferred to another account.
Open the Pickl app and head to the Rewards or Account section. Your current points balance is displayed right at the top.
Multi-country support is coming soon. Right now, points can be collected across all Pickl restaurants in the UAE. Watch this space.
