IMPORTANT: Please carefully read and understand these terms and conditions (“terms”). they contain limitations on Pickl’s liability and other provisions that affect your legal rights.

Pickl’s right to update or terminate the giveaway. You understand and consent that (with or without notice) Pickl’s may update, modify or terminate the giveaway from time to time, at its sole discretion.

About the giveaway.

1. For 1 month, Pickl is running a campaign in Abu Dhabi that gives one (1) lucky winner a year of free Pickl.
2. The winner will be entitled to one (1) burger a day for a year starting from 15th, June 2023. The winner can choose between one (1) cheeseburger, one (1) chicken sando or one (1) impossible cheeseburger
3. This is valid only in the venue that the winner chooses. For example, the winner in Abu Dhabi can select which restaurant they want to get their free burgers from, i.e. either Pickl Mamsha or Pickl World Trade Centre.
4. The winner will get a physical card that they will have to show when coming to redeem their free burger. The card will have the winner’s name, a unique reference number for that particular Pickl store, the validity of the card and the restaurant it can be redeemed in.

Eligibility. The giveaway is open only to participants who reside in the UAE. The giveaway is not targeted to anyone under the age of 16. You must be at least 16 years old to participate in the  giveaway. If you are at least 16 but not yet 18 years old, then you must review these terms with your parent or guardian and they must understand and agree to these terms in order for you to participate in the giveaway.

Duration. The giveaway contest starts on 21st May, 2023 and ends on 30th June, 2023. Only entries submitted before the end date will be considered.

Prize. The winner will receive a year of free burgers. That amounts to a maximum of 1x single cheeseburger/chicken sando/impossible cheeseburger everyday from July 5th, 2023 to July 4th, 2024 at the Pickl venue selected by the winner. The winner will receive an entry card which needs to be produced before every transaction. The prize, as defined in the terms, is non-transferable, and there will be no cash alternatives to it. Pickl reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product or service of equal value.
